When you call us, a local debt coach will arrange to see you, normally at your home, if you’re happy with this. Our expert staff engage with creditors, meaning you no longer have to. They will work out a realistic budget that prioritises your essential bills and help you find the best way out of debt. Your local debt coach will then explain the budget, and your options or choices to work your way out of debt, whatever this looks like. We support you, practically and emotionally, until you are debt free however long that takes. We also provide face-to-face adult financial education through our money coaching resources and run groups with local churches across NI to help people back into employment – CAP Job Clubs – and to live better on a limited income – CAP Life Skills.
